9 Tips to reduce an appetite

1.  Drink a glass of water with a teaspoon of honey and two teaspoons of apple cider vinigar for half an hour before a meal.
2. Eat a teaspoon of dried spirulina algae for an hour before a meal.
3. Suck two cubes of frozen dark chocolate for snacking between meals.
4.  Eat a protein-rich food for breakfast. A good option - oat  with  1 teaspoon brewer's yeast  and 1 tsp chia seeds.
5. Start your lunch with a large portion of salad, then eat a portion of soup. The second meal - for your own chose.

How it possible to raise children without the aromatic oils? I have not had any bergamot oil for the last month. How tired I am! Finally, I received my parcel with oil!!! I was so glad, and anointed ears of my "gentle tsunamis" immediately. This was at 13:00, now 16:15, they are asleep yet! Oh my God! What a relax! 

Bergamot, orange, or bergamot (Citrus bergamia) - a hybrid plants of the family Rutacea, obtained by crossing the orange and citron. Bergamot birthplace is South-East Asia. Essential (bergamot) oil is produced from the peel of fruit, flowers and leaves. Oil of bergamot is really necessary thing in your home medicine box.

Especially for kids. I live with a crazy rate of our crazy time. It's amazing how much i must to have time for such a short day. Besides, my children, thank God, have an energy medium-sized nuclear power plants, and I have to be as energic as they. I think I wouldn't have coped without the additional "Battery." I share a secret. I never miss breakfast. Breakfast is usually oatmeal. And, frankly, not so much because of its valuable qualities, how much of a sloth! My youngest son loves oatmeal! Well, not  cooking two different  breakfast!
In oatmeal, I add a teaspoon of brewer's yeast. The result - my eyes are opened, and after 5 minutes I feel a surge of strength and desire to move. After breakfast I eat a one teaspoon of chia seeds. It gives me energy throughout the day.

Brewer's yeast

Brewer's yeast is often used as a source of B-complex vitamins, protein, chromium, and selenium. The B-complex vitamins in brewer's yeast include B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B9 (folic acid), and H or B7 (biotin). These vitamins help break down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, which provide the body with energy. They also support the nervous system, help maintain the muscles used for digestion, and keep skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver healthy.
Brewer's yeast does not contain vitamin B12, an essential vitamin found in meat and dairy products. Vegetarians sometimes take brewer's yeast mistakenly believing that it provides B12, which can be lacking in their diet.

Children's colds

My children, thank God, very rarely get sick, but now ... cold. Running nose i treat by aromatherapy - drip oil right on the collar - 3 drops of eucalyptus oil and 1 drop of peppermint, and Majoram ointment:
1 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp vodka
to stay for 6-8 hours
then add 1 tsp butter, melt in a water bath
put in the refrigerator for an hour.
